Die hochwertigen Produkte werden in mehr als 50 L\u00e4ndern auf f\u00fcnf Kontinenten verkauft. Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre hohe Biegesteifigkeit und exzellente Oberfl\u00e4chenqualit\u00e4t aus. Mit diesen Kartonagen werden Premium-Produkte wie Parfum, hochwertige Pralinen und edle Weine verpackt.<br \/>\nUm die bestehende Kartonmaschine in der Papierfabrik Maule, 280 km s\u00fcdlich von Santiago de Chile, zu automatisieren, beauftragte CMPC Bellmer mit der Lieferung eines neuen Roller-Bereichs. Der TURBOReelerTM ist auf dem neusten Stand der Technik, einschlie\u00dflich Center Winder-Technologie, um Wickelkern-Aussch\u00fcsse bei den Wechselvorg\u00e4ngen zu minimieren. Der TURBOTransporterTM unterst\u00fctzt den kontinuierlichen Umlauf der Tamboure.<br \/>\nDurch ein spezielles Luftkissenfahrzeug k\u00f6nnen die Tamoure aus der Maschine entnommen, gedreht und zur\u00fcckgef\u00fchrt werden. Der \u00dcbergang zum Winder erfolgt mittels einem Butt-Splicer, der f\u00fcr k\u00fcrzeste Wechselzeiten sorgt. Zum ersten Mal realiserte Bellmer hier einen Tambouraufzug mit automatischem R\u00fccktransport zum Roller. Das BellBase-System mit mehr als 1.100 Ein- \/ Ausgangssignalen \u00fcberwacht den gesamten Prozess. Schulung vor Ort, nach Niefern, zu kommen. 10 Fachm\u00e4nner aus unterschiedlichen Abteilungen wie Produktion, Elektrotechnik, Instandhaltung, Automatisierung und Technik blieben eine ganze Woche in Deutschland.<br \/>\nDas Gesamtgewicht des Roller-Bereichs betr\u00e4gt 510 Tonnen.
