Im Wasserwerk Daspig wird Frischwasser zur Prozesswasserversorgung des Standortes Leuna aus dem Oberfl\u00e4chenwasser der Saale erzeugt. Bereits seit einigen Jahren entw\u00e4ssert eine WinkelpresseTM WPN-4 zuverl\u00e4ssig den dabei anfallenden Schlamm.<br \/>\nIm Zuge der Zentralisierung auf eine neue Zentralwarte sollte in den Anlagen, die bisher \u00fcber dezentrale Leitwarten verf\u00fcgten, ein erh\u00f6hter Automatisierungsgrad erreicht werden. Nach intensiver technischer Beratung durch Bellmer und begleitet durch ein Fachingenieurb\u00fcro erhielt Bellmer den Auftrag zur weitestgehenden Automatisierung der Anlage. Die Automatisierungsl\u00f6sung Bellmer System Control steuert die Maschine. Mit Hilfe von Sensoren im Zulauf und in der Maschine werden die Siebgeschwindigkeit, die Mengen, die Feststofffracht und die Polymerdosierung f\u00fcr ein optimales Entw\u00e4sserungsergebnis geregelt. Weitere maschineninterne Funktionen, wie die Spritzrohrreinigung, wurden komplett automatisiert. Die komplette EMSR Technik der Gesamtanlage wurde erneuert, inklusive einer Anbindung an die zentrale Leitwarte.[\/vc_column_text][mk_image src=&#8220;https:\/\/www.bellmer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/bellmer_home_news_news_automation_ref_001.jpg&#8220; image_size=&#8220;full&#8220; title=&#8220;Die Herren Schulze (r.) und Knobloch freuen sich \u00fcber die neue Automatisierung \u201eihrer\u201c WinkelPresse&#8220; caption_location=&#8220;outside-image&#8220;][mk_padding_divider size=&#8220;20&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8220;.vc_custom_1538054110613{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8220;]Die Anlage wurde nicht nur wieder auf den neuesten Stand der Technik gebracht, sondern es wurde auch das prim\u00e4re Ziel erreicht, die Anlage praktisch ohne \u00dcberwachung vor Ort durch die zentrale Leitwarte bedienen und \u00fcberwachen zu k\u00f6nnen. Innerhalb weniger Tage wurden die Arbeiten ausgef\u00fchrt und die Anlage wieder in Betrieb gesetzt.
