Der Firmenhauptsitz befindet sich schweizerischen Weinfelden. F\u00fcr seine innovativen Verpackungsl\u00f6sungen hat das Unternehmen bereits etliche Preise und Auszeichnungen erhalten. Die Verpackungen aus dem Hause Model zeichnen sich auch durch ihre hochwertige Qualit\u00e4t aus. Um seinen Qualit\u00e4tsstandard weiter zu steigern hat Model in einen neuen TURBOShaker zur Formationsverbesserung an der PM 2 investiert. Dort werden Testliner und Wellenstoff produziert. Neben dem Stoffauflauf und den Entw\u00e4sserungselementen bietet eine Brustwalzensch\u00fcttelung die M\u00f6glichkeit, die Formation nachhaltig zu beeinflussen. Der TURBOShaker eliminiert durch sein Konstruktionsprinzip der sich gegenseitig ausgleichenden Schwungmassen st\u00f6rende mechanische Kr\u00e4fte, die auf das Fundament des Geb\u00e4udes wirken. Daraus resultierend k\u00f6nnen neue Dimensionen des Sch\u00fcttelhubs in Verbindung mit der Sch\u00fcttelfrequenz realisiert werden.<br \/>\nDurch das einzigartige Antriebskonzept ben\u00f6tigt der TURBOShaker eine geringe Aufstellungsfl\u00e4che. Dies macht das Aggregat zu einer idealen nachr\u00fcstbaren Einheit f\u00fcr bereits bestehende Anlagen. Wir haben die Formation deutlich verbessern k\u00f6nnen. Dadurch haben sich auch die Papierfestigkeiten erh\u00f6ht.
