Das Ziel dieses Projekts wurde erfolgreich realisiert!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Folgende Umbauarbeiten wurden durchgef\u00fchrt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neue Hauben f\u00fcr die Vor- und Nachtrockenpartien aus demontierbaren Isolier-Paneelen. So werden praktisch die gesamten W\u00e4rmeverluste durch Konvektion und W\u00e4rmestrahlung der Au\u00dfenfl\u00e4chen eliminiert.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4rmer\u00fcckgewinnungsanlagen f\u00fcr die Haubenabluft an beiden Hauben durch den Einbau von zwei W\u00e4rmetauschern\/Luftaustauschern.<\/li>\n<li>Blask\u00e4sten zur Taschenbel\u00fcftung verteilt \u00fcber die beiden Trockenpartiehauben.<\/li>\n<li>Lufttechnische Ausr\u00fcstung an beiden Hauben zur automatischen Taupunktregelung und Gew\u00e4hrleistung bester Energieeffizienz.<\/li>\n<li>Umbau der Dampf- und Kondensatsystems mit der Umsetzung eines Kaskaden-Regulierungskonzepts, um den Dampfverbrauch entlang der Trockenpartie zu minimieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend des Projektverlaufs und der Inbetriebnahme hat die gute Zusammenarbeit zwischen PAPELES ULTRA und Bellmer mit dazu beigetragen, die Zielspezifikation von 10% Produktionssteigerung umzusetzen.
