Das sind Ressourcen, die nicht zuletzt wegen der dort vorherrschenden Wasserknappheit gesch\u00fctzt werden m\u00fcssen. Daher investiert die Stadt Kapstadt kontinuierlich in ihre Abwasserbehandlung. Die Modernisierung der Zandvliet Waste Water Treatment Works wird durch das Unternehmen PCI Africa gemeinsam mit Bellmer Technologie realisiert. Vier WinkelPressen Green Gr\u00f6\u00dfe 4 werden in Zandvliet zuk\u00fcnftig den anfallenden Prim\u00e4rschlamm entw\u00e4ssern. Sechs Kaskaden, bestehend aus je einer WinkelPresse Green Gr\u00f6\u00dfe 4 und einem TurboDrain TDC Baugr\u00f6\u00dfe 4, garantieren die ressourcenschonende und effektive Entw\u00e4sserung des \u00dcberschussschlamms. Die Stadt Kapstadt betreibt bereits mehrere Kl\u00e4ranlagen mit der Technologie von Bellmer. In Bellville, Mitchells Plain und Borcherds Qurarry sind ingesamt 21 Maschinen f\u00fcr die Schlammbehandlung im Einsatz. 2021 wird die Modernisierung der Kl\u00e4ranlage Zandvliet abgeschlossen sein.
