Bellmer Kufferath war seit L\u00e4ngerem im Kontakt mit der Fabrik, weil die bestehende Schlammentw\u00e4sserungsanlage die\u00a0 Anforderungen nicht mehr erf\u00fcllte und\u00a0 ersetzt werden sollte. Insbesondere die geplante Verbrennung des Schlamms in\u00a0 einem Biomassekessel macht einen\u00a0 wesentlich h\u00f6heren Trockengehalt\u00a0 erforderlich.<\/p>\n[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][mk_image src=&#8220;https:\/\/www.bellmer.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/bellmer_info112_smurfit_ref_001.jpg&#8220; image_size=&#8220;full&#8220; title=&#8220;Gute Stimmung beim Abschluss der erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme&#8220; caption_location=&#8220;outside-image&#8220;][mk_padding_divider][\/vc_column][vc_column width=&#8220;1\/2&#8243;][vc_column_text css=&#8220;.vc_custom_1600432875508{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}&#8220;]\n<p>Da die Kombination von Schl\u00e4mmen aus der Rohwasseraufbereitung, den Zellstofflinien und von den Papiermaschinen als anspruchsvoll bekannt war, wurden von Bellmer Kufferath umfangreiche Laboruntersuchungen durchgef\u00fchrt.\u00a0 Pilotversuche vor Ort konnten die nach den Labortests erwarteten Ergebnisse validieren, sodass die Entscheidung f\u00fcr Bellmer fiel.<\/p>\n<p>Im vergangenen Herbst wurde die\u00a0 Schlammentw\u00e4sserungsanlage mit einem Scheibeneindicker AKSE S 175\/09 und einer Schneckenpresse AKUPRESS BX 1000 montiert und erfolgreich in Betrieb\u00a0 genommen. Die Drehmomentregelung mit verschiebbarem Siebkorb erm\u00f6glicht maximalen Trockengehalt.
