Das Unternehmen befindet sich in Pinghu City in der Provinz Zhejiang, China und wurde im Jahr 1980 gegr\u00fcndet. Mit einer Papierkapazit\u00e4t von 600.000 t\/Jahr produziert Rongsheng Paper haupts\u00e4chlich Kraftliner, hochfestes Wellpappenpapier und Spulenpapier.<br \/>\nErst vor Kurzem wurde der Umbau der PM 8 erfolgreich realisiert und in Betrieb genommen. Eine Bellmer Schuhpresse TurboPress ersetzt jetzt die urspr\u00fcngliche Jumbo-Roll Presse am zweiten Pressnip. Mit der TurboPress hat sich Zhejiang Rongsheng Paper f\u00fcr neue Schuhpressen-Innovationstechnologie entschieden. Das spezielle Schuhdesign sorgt f\u00fcr perfekte Linienlast, h\u00f6heren Trockengehalt, ein gleichm\u00e4\u00dfiges CD-Feuchtigkeitsprofil und eine maximale Verl\u00e4ngerung der Belt-Lebensdauer.<\/p>\n<p>Die Gegenwalze-TurboRoll SZ mit hydrostatischer Linienlast, l\u00e4uft leichtg\u00e4ngig und wartungsarm, die Belastung an den R\u00e4ndern kann separat auf das Feuchteprofil eingestellt werden.<br \/>\nSeit der Inbetriebnahme l\u00e4uft die TurboPress reibungslos, der Trockengehalt nach der Pressenpartie \u00fcbertrifft die Erwartungen des Kunden.
