Mal f\u00fcr einen TurboDrain<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h6>\n<p>Das Kl\u00e4rwerk D\u00fcsseldorf S\u00fcd liegt rechtsrheinisch im D\u00fcsseldorfer Stadtteil Hamm. Das Kl\u00e4rwerk besitzt eine beachtliche Ausbaugr\u00f6\u00dfe von 1.090.000 Einwohnerwerten. Die j\u00e4hrlich gereinigte Abwassermenge betr\u00e4gt rund 40 Mio m\u00b3.<br \/>\nSeit 1986 wurden beim Stadtentw\u00e4sserungsbetrieb D\u00fcsseldorf auf der Kl\u00e4ranlage D\u00fcsseldorf-S\u00fcd vier Zentrifugen zur \u00dcberschussschlammeindickung<br \/>\neingesetzt. Auf Grund hoher Instandhaltungs- und Wartungskosten sowie der gro\u00dfen elektrischen Energieverbr\u00e4uche der Zentrifugenanlagen wurde beschlossen, die Anlagentechnik der Zentrifugen gegen Bandeindicker zu ersetzen.<br \/>\nNach erfolgreichen Vorversuchen im Jahr 2013 wurden seit dem kontinuierlich die Zentrifugen gegen Bellmer Bandeindicker TurboDrain TDC 2 ersetzt. 2020 konnte die vierte Linie mit einem TDC 2 erfolgreich in Betrieb gehen. Somit erfolgt jetzt die gesamte Eindickung des \u00dcberschussschlamms im Kl\u00e4rwerk D\u00fcsseldorf S\u00fcd mit Bandeindickern. Die Erwartungen der Betreiber hinsichtlich<br \/>\nReduzierung der Service- und Wartungskosten sowie des Energieverbrauchs wurden erf\u00fcllt und best\u00e4tigt.<br \/>\nDer Bellmer TurboDrain zeichnet sich besonders durch seine bedienerfreundliche, solide Konstruktion, hohen Automatisierungsgrad und geringen Energieverbrauch aus.
