Das gemeinsame Kommunalunternehmen Ver- und Entsorgung M\u00fcnchen Ost (VEMO) hat mit der Erweiterung auf das Wachstum in der Region reagiert. In einem weiteren Schritt werden die Bereiche Schlammbehandlung und Energiehaushalt modernisiert. Investitionen in erneuerbare Energien sowie eine nachhaltige Eigenstromerzeugung sind Hauptkriterien des Umbauprogramms. F\u00fcr den kosten- und ressourcenschonenden Einsatz bei der Schlammeindickung hat man sich daf\u00fcr zu einem TurboDrain TDC 1 entschlossen. Seit Anfang des Jahres dickt er den anfallenden \u00dcberschussschlamm mit 30 m\u00b3\/h (max. 50 m\u00b3\/h m\u00f6glich) auf einen Endtrockengehalt &gt;= 6 % TS bei einem pFM von nur 2,5 g\/kg TR ein.<\/p>\n<p>Zahlreiche Innovationen haben den TurboDrain zum Marktf\u00fchrer der Bandeindicker gemacht. Betreiber sind vor allem von dem zuverl\u00e4ssigen Betrieb, den ausgezeichneten Ergebnissen bei der Eindickung und der einfachen Bedienung und Reinigung begeistert. Der TurboDrain \u00fcberzeugt durch sein mehrstufiges Verfahren und weist, dank der ausgekl\u00fcgelten Konstruktion, dauerhaft niedrige Betriebskosten auf.<br \/>\nIm Vergleich zu anderen Systemen ben\u00f6tigt er nur geringe Antriebsleistungen. Aufgrund des Aufstellungsort im Keller des Geb\u00e4udes wurde der Eindicker mit einem individuellen Transportgestell eingebracht.
