Exzellente Akustik im Konzert Theater, moderne Glaskunst, Radwege mit herrlichen Ausblicken, Erholung pur bei Golf oder Reitsport und zum Abschluss ein s\u00fcffiges Bier: Coesfeld bedeutet Lebensqualit\u00e4t. Doch Coesfeld bedeutet auch Klimaschutz! <\/p>\n<p>Die Stadt mit ihren 36.000 Einwohnern hat in Sachen Umweltschutz bereits heute viel mehr geschafft, als sich Deutschland f\u00fcr 2030 vorgenommen hat. Mit einem eigenen Windpark, Biogas- und Photovoltaikanlagen hat die Gemeinde eine Quote von erneuerbaren Energien von rund 150 Prozent!!<br \/>\nAuch Gew\u00e4sserschutz wird gro\u00dfgeschrieben. Seit 1999 wird das vom Land Nordrhein-Westfalen gef\u00f6rderte Pilotprojekt \u201eIntegriertes Qualit\u00e4ts- und Umweltmanagementsystem in kommunalen Abwasserbetrieben\u201c gelebt. <\/p>\n<p>Um f\u00fcr die Zukunft ger\u00fcstet zu sein, wurde auf der Kl\u00e4ranlage Coesfeld in eine neue Entw\u00e4sserung und nachgeschaltete Trocknungsanlage investiert. Die auf der Kl\u00e4ranlage produzierte Energie wird gezielt genutzt, das Kl\u00e4rschlammvolumen und somit den Transportaufwand zu reduzieren.
