Oktober hat Ahlstrom in Madisonville, USA, eine neue Glasfasergewebe-Produktionslinie f\u00fcr Hochleistungsbaustoffe in Betrieb genommen. Die feierliche Er\u00f6ffnung wurde von Ahlstroms Vertretern und wichtigen Stakeholdern, einschlie\u00dflich Kunden, zusammen mit Gouverneur Andy Beshear und B\u00fcrgermeister Kevin Cotton begangen.<\/p>\n

Angesichts der steigenden Marktnachfrage nach hochleistungsf\u00e4higen, nachhaltigen Baumaterialien baut Ahlstrom sein Glasfasergewebegesch\u00e4ft weiter aus und st\u00e4rkt seine Produktionsplattform weltweit durch den Abschluss einer Gro\u00dfinvestition in seinem Werk in Madisonville, KY, USA.<\/p>\n

Mit dieser im Mai 2021 angek\u00fcndigten Investition erweitert Ahlstrom seine Produktionskapazit\u00e4ten f\u00fcr Baumaterialien, um Kunden auf der ganzen Welt zu unterst\u00fctzen. Bellmer war einer der wichtigsten Maschinenlieferanten f\u00fcr die Produktionslinie. Der Lieferumfang umfasste den Stoffauflauf, die Form- und Siebpartie, die Qualit\u00e4tskontrolle, die Bahnzugspannungsregelung und die Dreh- sowie F\u00fchrungsrollen. Des Weiteren lieferte Bellmer einen TurboReeler f\u00fcr die Zentrumswickeltechnik mit einer Schneideinheit. In diesem Fall befindet sich diese bereits vor dem Poperoller und erm\u00f6glicht so das Aufwickeln des zugeschnittenen Materials direkt auf die H\u00fclse. Es k\u00f6nnen bis zu f\u00fcnf Schnitte in unterschiedlichen Breiten durchgef\u00fchrt werden. Damit entf\u00e4llt das Umwickeln und eine weitere Schneidpartie. Ahlstroms Produktportfolio f\u00fcr die Bauindustrie, FibRoc\u00ae, bietet Tr\u00e4ger, Deckschichten und R\u00fcckseitenl\u00f6sungen zum Schutz gegen Feuer, Flammenausbreitung, Feuchtigkeit und Wasser. Alle Glasfasergewebel\u00f6sungen von Ahlstrom sind frei von Fluorkohlenwasserstoffen und verf\u00fcgen \u00fcber formaldehydfreie Optionen.<\/p>\n

Das Baustoffportfolio von Ahlstrom umfasst hochentwickelte Baustoffanwendungen f\u00fcr jede Fassade eines Geb\u00e4udes.
