Im Zuge des umfassenden Erweiterungsprojekts EABA \u2013 geplant durch die HOLINGER Ingenieure \u2013 wird die Anlage modernisiert, um k\u00fcnftig Stickstoff und Mikroverunreinigungen noch effektiver zu entfernen.<\/p>\n<p>Ein zentraler Schritt: Der Kl\u00e4rschlamm wird nicht mehr direkt verbrannt, sondern nun energetisch \u00fcber Fault\u00fcrme genutzt, bevor er entw\u00e4ssert wird. Daf\u00fcr liefert Bellmer drei TurboDrain TDC\u202f5, deren Inbetriebnahme im 3 &amp; 4. Quartal 2025 erfolgt ist.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effiziente Eindickung vor der Faulung<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unser TurboDrain dickt den Schlamm auf 6\u202f% TR ein \u2013 ressourcenschonend und optimal f\u00fcr eine effiziente Faulung. Dies reduziert das Volumen erheblich und steigert die Biogas-Ausbeute.<\/p>\n<p>Der TurboDrain TDC \u00fcberzeugt durch einen besonders niedrigen Energieverbrauch, der durch ein effizient ausgelegtes Antriebssystem erm\u00f6glicht wird. Dank des optimierten Einlaufs und der speziellen Bandtechnik wird zudem nur eine geringe Menge an Polymer ben\u00f6tigt. Gleichzeitig erreicht die Maschine h\u00f6chste Abscheidegrade und sorgt damit f\u00fcr stabile und zuverl\u00e4ssige Prozessbedingungen.
