El Hot Dispersing System (HDS) es una soluci\u00f3n avanzada y flexible para el tratamiento moderno de pulpa. Ofrece resultados excelentes y tambi\u00e9n incluye funciones opcionales como el in-line Bleaching.<\/p>\n

En este sistema, la pulpa se trata a alta temperatura y alta consistencia. Como resultado, las fibras se vuelven m\u00e1s fuertes, se reducen las bacterias y los sucres o sticky materials se ablandan. Por ello, el proceso de Dispersing es m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y eficiente.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

El tratamiento dura alrededor de dos minutos a temperaturas de hasta 120\u00b0C. Adem\u00e1s, el HDS incluye varias etapas de proceso para Dewatering, Heating, Dispersing y Bleaching. Cada etapa trabaja en conjunto para mejorar el rendimiento general y la eficiencia energ\u00e9tica.<\/p>\n
