Procesamiento eficiente de pulpa con el sistema non-pressurized CDS<\/h2>\n

<\/p>\n

El CDS (Compact Dispersing System) es el \u00fanico sistema non-pressurized en su clase, que ofrece un dise\u00f1o altamente eficiente y compacto para el procesamiento de pulpa. Gracias a este principio innovador, un Conveyor puede reemplazar tanto la Plug Screw como el Shredder, eliminando la necesidad de Pressure Vessels y sellos para HC-Discharge.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Este concepto non-pressurized resulta en un bajo consumo de vapor y permite el uso del equipo de Dewatering existente, reduciendo tanto los costos de energ\u00eda como de mantenimiento. El tiempo de retenci\u00f3n dentro del sistema es de 20\u201330 segundos a temperaturas de hasta 95\u00b0C, asegurando condiciones \u00f3ptimas de tratamiento.<\/p>\n

La Screw Press espesa la pulpa del 3 % al 35 % de consistencia. A medida que la pulpa se vuelve m\u00e1s densa, entra en la Heating Zone con menos agua. Dentro del Disperser, las fibras pasan por un espacio estrecho entre discos giratorios. Aqu\u00ed, las impurezas se descomponen en part\u00edculas muy peque\u00f1as. Los discos tienen un patr\u00f3n especial Devil-Tooth ajustado para cada tipo de pulpa para proteger las fibras.
