<\/p>\n

El sistema UCD est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado para un tratamiento de pulpa de alta eficiencia con un espacio m\u00ednimo requerido. Consta de solo tres componentes principales: una Screw Press, un Infeeder\/Steam Heater y un Disperser. Esta configuraci\u00f3n optimizada ofrece el dise\u00f1o m\u00e1s compacto posible, reduciendo tanto el espacio necesario en la planta como los costos de inversi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Con un tiempo de retenci\u00f3n de solo 5\u201310 segundos y temperaturas de operaci\u00f3n de hasta 110\u00b0C, el sistema UCD garantiza un procesamiento r\u00e1pido y eficiente en t\u00e9rminos de energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n

La Screw Press espesa la pulpa del 3 % al 35 % de consistencia. A medida que la pulpa se vuelve m\u00e1s densa, entra en la Heating Zone con menos agua. Dentro del Disperser, las fibras pasan por un espacio estrecho entre discos giratorios. Aqu\u00ed, las impurezas se descomponen en part\u00edculas muy peque\u00f1as.
