Bellmer Vaahto premiada con la reforma de Stora Enso Heinola Fluting Machine<\/span><\/h6>\n

Bellmer Vaahto ha conseguido un importante pedido para la m\u00e1quina PM1 de fluting de Stora Enso Heinola. El principal equipo de la reforma es la nueva prensa de zapata TurboPress, tambi\u00e9n se modernizar\u00e1 la secci\u00f3n de sequer\u00eda incluyendo elementos de estabilizaci\u00f3n de hoja para mejorar la runnability y se renovar\u00e1 parcialmente la campana. La instalaci\u00f3n, la formaci\u00f3n y los servicios de puesta en marcha son parte esencial del alcance de suministro. Esta adquisici\u00f3n cubre la mayor parte del plan de inversi\u00f3n de 28 millones de Euros anunciado recientemente por Stora Enso para la f\u00e1brica.
\nHeinola Fluting Mill produce fluting semi-qu\u00edmico, que se utiliza como materia prima en la industria del cart\u00f3n corrugado. El fluting SC (fluting semi-qu\u00edmico), se ha desarrollado especialmente para condiciones exigentes y requerimientos dif\u00edciles. Hoy en d\u00eda, hay 175 trabajadores en la f\u00e1brica. Heinola Fluting Mill es una f\u00e1brica integrada de pasta y cart\u00f3n con una capacidad de producci\u00f3n anual de 300 000 toneladas de fluting. La mayor parte de su producci\u00f3n se exporta. Esta inversi\u00f3n aumentar\u00e1 la producci\u00f3n anual y mejorar\u00e1 la calidad del producto.
\nHeinola Fluting Mill est\u00e1 situada en el centro de la ciudad de Heinola, a una hora y media en coche desde Helsinki y a 34 kil\u00f3metros al noreste de Lahti. El taller y centro de servicios de Bellmer Vaahto Paper Machinery Oy\u00b4s est\u00e1 situado en Hollola, a tan solo 45 kil\u00f3metros de Heinola. Bellmer Vaahto es 100 % propiedad de la compa\u00f1\u00eda alemana Bellmer GmbH, que tiene su sede principal e instalaciones de producci\u00f3n en Niefern (Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg).
