Los productos de alta calidad \u2013vendidos en m\u00e1s de 50 pa\u00edses en los cinco continentes \u2013 se caracterizan por una alta rigidez y una excelente calidad superficial. Con estos productos de cart\u00f3n premium se embalan perfumes, chocolates finos y excelentes vinos.<br \/>\nCon el fin de automatizar la m\u00e1quina de cart\u00f3n existente en su f\u00e1brica de Maule, a 280 kil\u00f3metros al sur de Santiago de Chile, CMPC encarg\u00f3 a Bellmer una nueva secci\u00f3n de enrollado. El TurboReeller incluye la mayor\u00eda de los equipos modernos de bobinado, incluyendo la tecnolog\u00eda de accionamiento del mandril para minimizar las p\u00e9rdidas en los cambios de rodillos. El TurboTransporter soporta el movimiento continuo de los mandriles. Mediante un transportador de aire especial, los rollos se pueden sacar de la m\u00e1quina, girarlos y devolverlos. La transferencia a la bobinada se realiza con un Butt-Splicer que garantiza tiempos m\u00ednimos de cambio. Por primera vez, Bellmer realiz\u00f3 un elevador de mandriles con transporte autom\u00e1tico de mandriles. El sistema BellBase con m\u00e1s de 1.100 se\u00f1ales de entrada\/salida est\u00e1 monitorizando todo el proceso. Esto asegura una r\u00e1pida y correcta puesta en marcha. Era el momento perfecto para que CMPC fuera y tuviera la primera formaci\u00f3n. 10 especialistas de diferentes departamentos como producci\u00f3n, mantenimiento mec\u00e1nico y el\u00e9ctrico, automatizaci\u00f3n e ingenier\u00eda estuvieron una semana entera en Alemania. Los chilenos pudieron tener sus primeras experiencias y hacer amistad con sus hom\u00f3logos alemanes. El peso total de la secci\u00f3n de enrollado es de 510 toneladas. Despu\u00e9s de un cuidadoso desmontaje, las piezas pre-montadas se han enviado en 25 contenedores.
