En las instalaciones sanitarias Daspig, el agua dulce es producida a partir de las aguas superficiales del r\u00edo Saale para el suministro de agua de proceso de las instalaciones Leuna. Desde hace varios a\u00f1os, una WinklePress &#x2122; WP-4 ha deshidratado de forma gratificante los lodos producidos por las instalaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la centralizaci\u00f3n a una nueva oficina, se deber\u00eda lograr un mayor grado de automatizaci\u00f3n en los sistemas que anteriormente ten\u00edan centros de control descentralizados. A continuaci\u00f3n del intenso asesoramiento t\u00e9cnico de Bellmer y apoyado por una firma de ingenier\u00eda profesional, Bellmer recibi\u00f3 la orden de automatizar la planta todo lo posible. La soluci\u00f3n de automatizaci\u00f3n Bellmer SystemControl controla la m\u00e1quina con la ayuda de sensores en la entrada y en la m\u00e1quina, la velocidad del alambre, las cantidades, la carga de s\u00f3lidos y la dosificaci\u00f3n del pol\u00edmero; para obtener un resultado \u00f3ptimo de deshidrataci\u00f3n. Otras funciones internas de la m\u00e1quina, como la limpieza del tubo de pulverizaci\u00f3n, fueron completamente automatizadas. En pocos d\u00edas, el trabajo se llev\u00f3 a cabo y la planta volvi\u00f3 a operar.
