Nueva Capucha en Secadores<\/span><\/h6>\n

En esta m\u00e1quina se ha previsto la sustituci\u00f3n de la campana existente por una nueva que permita trabajar con altos puntos de roci\u00f3, consiguiendo un \u00f3ptimo consumo energ\u00e9tico (m\u00ednimo consumo de energ\u00eda para una misma producci\u00f3n).
\nSe han suministrado los siguientes equipos;
\n\u2022 Reemplazamiento de los paneles existentes por nuevos,
\nfabricados con Rotura de Puentes T\u00e9rmicos y con Mayor
\nCapacidad de Aislamiento.
\n\u2022 Mejora de los Cierres de la Campana, mejorando la
\nEstaneidad.
\n\u2022 Cajones de Ventilaci\u00f3n de Bolsillos en las zonas con mayor
\ncontenido de humedad.
\n\u2022 Sistema de Control de la Instalaci\u00f3n Aerot\u00e9rmica – Control
\ndel Nivel Cero; Que permite Minimizar el Caudal de
\nSoplado Necesario, que supone un ahorro tanto en el
\nconsumo el\u00e9ctrico, como en el consumo de vapor necesario
\npara el calentamiento del aire.
\n\u2022 Sistema de Control de la Instalaci\u00f3n Aerot\u00e9rmica – Control
\ndel Punto de Roci\u00f3; Que permite Minimizar el Caudal de
\nExtracci\u00f3n de Vahos, mediante el Control Autom\u00e1tico del
\nContenido de Agua de los Vahos Extra\u00eddos.
