La unidad de agitaci\u00f3n existente de Sappi en Ehingen es un agitador de primera generaci\u00f3n. Con una carrera de 18 mm, ya estaba trabajando al m\u00e1ximo de sus posibilidades y ya no era posible hacer mejoras suplementarias. Por tanto, era el momento de reemplazar esta unidad urgentemente. El TurboShaker de Bellmer de alta velocidad hace posible mejorar la formaci\u00f3n de la hoja y otras propiedades del papel de forma permanente y positiva. Con las opciones precisas de ajuste, el operador puede ajustar f\u00e1cilmente la carrera, ahora de hasta 25 mm y la frecuencia hasta 600\/min-1, para la producci\u00f3n de papel y cart\u00f3n de alta calidad.<\/p>\n<p>El nuevo TurboShaker est\u00e1 equipado con rodamientos planos HSD hidrost\u00e1ticos-din\u00e1micos. En contraste con los rodamientos de rodillos empleados anteriormente, los rodamientos HSD est\u00e1n inmediatamente listos para operaci\u00f3n cuando se arranca la m\u00e1quina de papel y pueden ser integrados m\u00e1s f\u00e1cilmente en el rodillo cabecero existente durante la instalaci\u00f3n.
