El proyecto comenz\u00f3 con la compra de una m\u00e1quina de segunda mano en los Pa\u00edses Bajos, desmontaje, transporte a Rusia, modernizaci\u00f3n en la f\u00e1brica del cliente y, finalmente, la incorporaci\u00f3n de nuevos equipos. Bellmer fue uno de los principales\u00a0 proveedores, reform\u00f3 la secci\u00f3n de prensas con una nueva prensa de zapata\u00a0 TurboPress e instal\u00f3 una nueva bobinadora TurboWinder.<\/p>\n<p>La secci\u00f3n de prensas original, as\u00ed como el resto de la l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n, fue dise\u00f1ada para la producci\u00f3n de papel de escritura e impresi\u00f3n, dise\u00f1o que no es adecuado para las nuevas producciones. Por ello, casi todas las partes de esta m\u00e1quina de papel han sido modificadas. Ahora, la compa\u00f1\u00eda L-Pack produce\u00a0 Testliner y Fluting en un rango de 90-140 gsm. Bellmer ha suministrado una nueva secci\u00f3n de prensas Trinip con una prensa de zapata TurboPress. El m\u00f3dulo de zapata con un rodillo central cer\u00e1mico permite una operaci\u00f3n con una carga de l\u00ednea m\u00e1xima de 1.300 kN\/m. La bobinadora original no se pudo reutilizar en la nueva configuraci\u00f3n de la m\u00e1quina de papel. Bellmer GapCon fue elegida para suministrar una nueva bobinadora TurboWinder para una\u00a0 velocidad m\u00e1xima de 2.500 m\/min.
