The acquisition will strengthen Bellmer&#8217;s supply of technology and service presence in Brazil. The acquisition of Metal Service is strongly linked to Bellmer&#8217;s strategy of providing cutting-edge technologies, services and automation to the pulp and paper industries. \u201cThe pulp and paper business is growing in Brazil, both with new investments and upgrades to existing plants. By combining Metal Service&#8217;s service and production capabilities with those of Bellmer, we can strengthen our position as a complete supplier for paper mills\u201d, says Martin Kollmar, President of Bellmer. With this acquisition, Bellmer will be closer to customers in Brazil, strengthening its local presence in the business of new projects, machine rebuilds, spare parts, field services, and increasing our competitiveness in the market.
