Strengell, who previously led Vaahto before its acquisition by Bellmer in 2013, has been instrumental in shaping the company\u2019s success and international growth.<\/p>\n<p>Effective August 1st, Bellmer Finland adopts a <strong>dual-managing director model<\/strong>, a structure widely used in Germany, appointing Ari Tanninen and Tommi Karevaara as co-managing directors with equal authority.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ari Tanninen<\/strong>, M.Sc. (Eng.), brings extensive leadership experience from his time at Stora Enso, Mets\u00e4 and MM. and as Sales and Marketing Director since 2022. He is well known in the P\u00e4ij\u00e4t-H\u00e4me region, having served as Mill Director at Stora Enso Heinola from 2012 to 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tommi Karevaara<\/strong>, B.Sc. (Eng.), is a seasoned expert in sourcing and manufacturing, with 27 years of experience at the Hollola site. His deep operational knowledge ensures continued excellence in product quality and delivery performance.<\/p>\n<p>Both directors will report to <strong>Martin Kollmar<\/strong>, Chairman of the Board.<\/p>\n<p>Bellmer Finland Oy specializes in manufacturing headboxes, dewatering equipment, pulpers, pressure screens, and suction rolls for paper and board machines. With a customer base spanning over 30 countries, the company employs 95 professionals in Finland. Bellmer Group, the parent company, boasts a turnover of \u20ac220 million and a workforce of 860 employees worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>The entire Bellmer family extends heartfelt thanks to Jyrki Strengell for his outstanding leadership and wishes him a joyful and well-deserved retirement.
