New pond TurboSizer for Holmen Iggesund Paperboard (Workington) Ltd

Manufacturing folding box board (FBB) is a technically advanced process. Sizing is a key component of boardmaking and an integral part of the production line. It has a major influence on the final product specifications and the high quality demanded by the customers of the Workington Mill.
The TurboSizer is a reliable unit to apply starch or other suitable media to the paper web. To increase the machine efficiency and improve the internal strength of the board, a new Bellmer pond TurboSizer will be installed in the board machine.

Manufactured and assembled in Niefern, the TurboSizer has now been accepted virtually via BellCare (Cooperative Augmented REality) by Holmen Iggesund Paperboard Workington Mill before shipment to England.

Not only efficient in times of pandemic — communication and service with BellCare.
