Bellmer Among Germany’s Best Employers 2025

Bellmer is proud to be recognized as one of Germany’s Best Employers 2025 by Handelsblatt. This prestigious award is based on an extensive study conducted in cooperation with SWI Human Resources.

Nearly 2,000 companies operating in Germany participated in the survey, including international firms and German-based businesses. Only 185 companies achieved the required score of at least 70 out of 100 points – and Bellmer is honored to be among them.

The evaluation focused on the factors that matter most to employees and the future of work. These include a positive work environment, strong career development opportunities, flexible remote work options, family-friendly policies, and a company culture that fosters collaboration and growth.
