Successful commissioning of the PM4 production line
for specialty papers at Yangguang Specialty Paper
The PM4 specialty paper machine at Yangguang Specialty Paper, a Century Sunshine Group company, has been successfully commissioned. Trial operation was extremely successful right from the start: all relevant performance indicators were met or exceeded, confirming the high efficiency of the new decorative paper production line.
Bellmer was involved in this project as a supplier of the central press section components.
The key units supplied by Bellmer – commissioned by Shandong Xianhua Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. – played a decisive role throughout the entire project cycle and contributed significantly to the smooth start-up of the plant. With the successful commissioning of PM4, Century Sunshine Group has achieved a significant leap in capacity and technology in the field of high-quality decorative papers. Bellmer supplied key components for the press section at the Shouguang mill, including two press units, a pickup roll, transfer suction roll, threading systems, stabilizers, and guide rolls. These components are characterized by precise manufacturing quality, high operational reliability, and dependable performance, forming the basis for stable and efficient production operations.
The teams from Bellmer and Xianhua worked closely together from project planning through to commissioning.
Thanks to professional coordination and cooperative partnership, even challenging project phases such as assembly and commissioning were mastered efficiently.
