Bellmer Kufferath Machinery has delivered four dandy roll systems

KINGDECOR (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Schattdecor AG from Germany and Xianhe Co., Ltd from China on 2004, locates in Yangtze River Delta, China. Just as its name implies, KINGDECOR only produces decor paper. It has more than 180,000 tons production capability and more than 200 series of products right now, which are exported to Asia, North America and Australia besides China. As a leader, many other paper mills follow the leadership of KINGDECOR in China.

Bellmer Kufferath Machinery has separately delivered four dandy roll systems – AKUFORM® to KINGDECOR for PM1 and PM2 and PM3 and PM4 in last eight years. The wire speed of PMs is getting faster and faster; meanwhile, the width of the PMs is broader and broader. Latest KINGCECOR has successfully started up PM4, the high-performance dandy roll – AKUFORM® RX 2000×4600 runs well, will be the fastest one in China by 800 m/m.

KINGDECOR get not only the comprehensive dandy roll system but also learn how to balance and adjust the sensitive system from design concept. Now they are operating expert for dandy roll – AKUFORM. Bellmer Kufferath China team is growing up and make the supervision for installation and commissioning independently along more and more delivery of dandy roll system-AKUFORM.
