Horizontal pulpers

The horizontal pulper design allows for a lower build height as well as lower energy consumption, making it an ideal solution for UTM pulpers and installations with limited headroom. An optimized tub geometry and efficient stock circulation ensure fast defibering while maintaining gentle fiber treatment and stable operation. The horizontal pulper can be customized with different rotor units, allowing the machine to be tailored for virgin pulp, broke pulping, or more demanding paper grades.
Robust construction, good accessibility, and proven rotor technology contribute to reliable operation, low maintenance effort, and high long-term availability.

Rotor units

g-rotor

G-rotor

The G-rotor is used for pulp with low dry content, for example in UTM positions such as couch- and press pulpers.

rotor-s

S-rotor

The S-rotor is equipped with a strainer plate and is used for pulp with high dry content.

rotor-sc

SC-rotor

The SC-rotor is fitted with counter knives and wear bars for use with wet strength material and other difficult paper qualities.

rotor-sb

SB-rotor

The SB-rotor simplifies maintenance on UTM pulpers, as the rotor unit can be removed in one piece.

rotor-gro

GRO-rotor

The GRO-rotor is an all-in-one solution including both rotor and pulp outlet. This makes it perfect for rebuilds of existing tubs.
