TurboDrain Recovery (TDR) for Efficient White Water Filtration

Higher Productivity and Improved Paper Quality with TDR

The production suspension, combined with a flocculant, is initially transported over a circulating belt. The TurboDrain Recovery (TDR) then separates solids, recovers recyclable materials back into the production process, and removes impurities. Capture rates of over 98% can be achieved. The resulting clear filtrate is nearly solid-free and ready for reuse, for example as dilution water or for wire cleaning.

With low investment and operating costs as well as minimal energy consumption, the TDR ensures a fast return on investment. Its low buffer volume allows it to quickly adapt to changes in production grades, while the compact design easily meets space requirements in the paper mill.
