Pulper rebuilds
All our rotor units can be used for rebuilding existing pulper vats on site, providing a cost‑effective alternative to full equipment replacement. An upgrade offers multiple benefits, including increased capacity, reduced maintenance requirements, and a significant decrease in energy consumption. Modern rotor designs improve stock circulation, defibering efficiency, and process stability while enabling gentle fiber treatment. Rebuild solutions can be tailored to the specific pulper type and application, extending equipment lifetime and improving overall mill performance. This approach allows mills to enhance pulping efficiency, reliability, and sustainability with minimal downtime and investment.

Rotor units

G-rotor
The G-rotor is used for pulp with low dry content, for example in UTM positions such as couch- and press pulpers.

S-rotor
The S-rotor is equipped with a strainer plate and is used for pulp with high dry content.

SC-rotor
The SC-rotor is fitted with counter knives and wear bars for use with wet strength material and other difficult paper qualities.

SB-rotor
The SB-rotor simplifies maintenance on UTM pulpers, as the rotor unit can be removed in one piece.

GRO-rotor
The GRO-rotor is an all-in-one solution including both rotor and pulp outlet. This makes it perfect for rebuilds of existing tubs.

HC-rotor
The high consistency rotor is designed for waste paper treatment with operating consistencies between 12–18%.
