Solid and continuous education pays off for everyone.
The study “Germany’s best training companies” was carried out by DEUTSCHLAND TEST and the business magazine FOCUS-MONEY. The results are based on a survey of the 20,000 strongest employers in Germany. To assess the quality of training, five aspects were evaluated, which are included in the evaluation with different weightings. These include training success, the data structure used to support training, innovation in training, the resources allocated to training and additional benefits for trainees. The calculation of the overall result was industry-specific and carried out on a scale of 0 to 100. Companies with a score of at least 70 – that is a total of 745 – received the “Germany’s Best Training Companies” award. Bellmer‘s training concept had a strong impact and the company was described as one of the best organizations for training in the mechanical engineering industry.
