Lang-Hafner was able to become one of the main suppliers of the new liner machine PM2 of the Hamburg Containerboard Group in Spremberg.
Maximum efficiency and flexibility of the system are a matter of course in such a new project. Lang-Hafner was able to convince with the know-how in this modern large-scale projects. Hamburger Containerboard was looking for a reliable partner and found it in Lang-Hafner.
The scope of supply includes the highly efficient hood and associated heat recovery systems as well as the necessary flexible and efficient steam and condensate system of the cylinder heating. The heat recovery system will be used for heating the machine supply air and various types of process water. It reduces the use of primary energy. The entire room ventilation of the PM-hall and the stock preparation are further parts of the delivery. The intelligent hot water circuit heats the production facilities with the waste heat of the dryer section as needed. Thanks to various energy couplings, the emitted waste heat from the machine is reduced to a minimum and mostly returned to the process.
