- Basic Service – Service time 1 day
- Extended Service – Service time 2-3 days
- Audit – Service time 2 days
- Audit+ – Service time 4 days
The Basic Service includes comprehensive inspection and calibration of all components relevant to quality and performance.
The Extended Service supplements this scope with additional tests focusing on mechanical functions that influence fiber orientation, profile accuracy, and grade change. The Audit and Audit+ services are used to check all headbox parameters and to analyze and remedy performance-related issues in a targeted manner.
Audit+ also offers in-depth analysis and optimization to maximize efficiency and performance. Thanks to decades of experience, our experts not only service Bellmer headboxes, but also systems from other manufacturers.
