No less than 4 Bellmer WinklePresses WPK now ensure reliable and lowmaintenance dewatering of the sludge and optimum water quality.

The WinklePress WPK contract for Cosefeld was awarded due to optimum dewatering and low eneregry and operating costs.

A Cascade S, consisting of a TurboDrain TDL 5 and an WinklePress WPG 4S, as well as another TurboDrain TDL 5 have now been installed at HSFC for optimal mixed sludge treatment.

Bellmer’s scope of supply comprised a total of 6 dewatering lines each consisting of a Turbodrain 4C and a WinklePress NG 3

Thanks to the effective dewatering capacity and the high separation efficiency of the WinklePress, 100% of the filtrate produced is reused as washing water.

The mobile WinklePress of the mobile Bellmer test unit ensured the dewatering of the produced sludge for the duration of the rebuild.

The WinklePress easily meets the high demand for capture rates as the filtrates are fed to this turbid water treatment with a >99% capture rate.
