A Brazilian customer of Bellmer Kufferath gets a new screw press for even better juice extraction of Acerola.

Based on the know-how of Bellmer Kufferath, incorporating a unique two-part screen basket system, more and more dairy farms want to focus on using our AKUPRESS for manure dewatering.

The AKUPRESS F was developed and optimized for the unique requirements and rigorous regulations of the food industry. It convinces with its efficiency, quality and durabilty.

For Bellmer Kufferath, the project is a small anniversary, being the tenth digester plant equipped with an AKUPRESS AMX.

The output is dewatered by 5 BK AKUPRESS AMX 625 screw presses, which were chosen because of their track record in dry digestion facilities.

Smurfit Kappa Colombia replaced an old machine with a new AKUPRESS BX screw press. The Bellmer Kufferath team helped the Smurfit team with the successful start-up.

Fonroche Biogaz will implement two Bellmer AKUPRESS BX screw presses to dewater the digestate. They achieve a dry matter of the solid product exceeding 28% at a maximum throughput of 600 kg DM/h.

In total, the package to be delivered from Bellmer Kufferath to AHA waste management, included 4 AKUPRESS AMX 625 screw presses.

In cooperation with REW - Regenis, Bellmer-Kufferath supplies and delivers plant and equipment for the separation of digester output and slurry.

On 30 November 2017, the one thousandth screw shaft left the Bellmer Kufferath factory in Düren.
